Ao fechar a comissão, você concorda automaticamente com os termos abaixo.1. GERAL E CONDUTA- Direito de Recusa: Eu me reservo o direito de recusar qualquer encomenda a meu critério.
- Uso em Portfólio: Mantenho o direito de exibir o trabalho finalizado em meu portfólio pessoal e showcases (ex: demo reels) para fins de divulgação. Caso o projeto seja confidencial (NDA) ou algo do tipo, avise-me antes do início da edição.
- Respeito: Tenho tolerância zero para comportamento abusivo ou assédio. Nesses casos, o projeto será cancelado imediatamente sem reembolso.
- Escopo: Tudo será alinhado antes do início. Mudanças bruscas após o início da edição podem gerar custos extras.2. ARQUIVOS E RESPONSABILIDADE- Envio: Envie todos os materiais necessários via Google Drive (gravações, VODs de live, imagens, emotes, áudios, overlays, etc.).
- Direitos Autorais: Você garante que possui as licenças ou permissões de uso de todos os arquivos (músicas, artes, vídeos) que me enviar. Não me responsabilizo por strikes de copyright ou problemas legais decorrentes de material fornecido pelo cliente.
No entanto, caso eu utilize materiais do meu próprio acervo (stock footage, músicas, etc.), eu assumo total responsabilidade por quaisquer questões de direitos autorais relacionadas a eles.3. PAGAMENTOS- Métodos de Pagamento: Aceito Pix, PicPay, ou PayPal.
- Pagamento: Exijo no mínimo 50% do valor total (adiantado) para começar a trabalhar.
- Orçamento: Os valores das tabela são valores base. Posso solicitar ajuste no orçamento caso o vídeo seja excessivamente complexo ou longo. Isso será acordado antes do pagamento.
- Fila de Espera: Se você estiver na lista de espera, o pagamento só será aceito quando chegar a sua vez. NÃO aceito pagamentos antecipados para segurar vaga.4. PRAZOS E ENTREGA- Início do Prazo: O prazo de entrega (turnaround) só começa a contar após a confirmação do pagamento dos 50% e o recebimento de todos os arquivos.
- Taxa de Urgência: Posso atender prazos apertados (Taxa de Urgência). Será cobrada uma taxa extra de 50% a 100% sobre o valor total, dependendo da urgência.
- Processo de Aprovação:
1. Enviarei uma prévia em baixa qualidade com marca d'água para revisão.
2. Após aprovação e pagamento do restante (se houver), envio a versão final em alta qualidade.
- Cláusula de Abandono: Após o envio da prévia, você tem o prazo de 10 dias úteis para enviar o feedback. Caso esse prazo expire sem justificativa, o serviço será considerado aprovado, a comissão finalizada e os arquivos entregues como estão.5. REVISÕES- Quantidade: Você tem direito a 3 revisões gratuitas. Revisões adicionais serão cobradas à parte.
- O que conta como revisão?
- Simples (não contam nas 3 revisões gratuitas): Erros de escrita, ajustes de tempo, troca de posição/escala.
- Complexas (contam nas 3 revisões gratuitas): Mudança de roteiro, troca de estilo visual, adição de cenas novas não combinadas.
- Alterações por Terceiros: Eu prefiro que não sejam feitas alterações por terceiros (ex: um outro editor mexe no projeto). Mas se caso seja necessário, preciso ser contatado previamente6. REEMBOLSOS E ARMAZENAMENTO- Atraso meu: Se eu exceder o prazo acordado sem aviso prévio, você pode solicitar reembolso parcial.
- Cancelamento pelo Cliente:
- Não iniciado: Reembolso integral (menos taxas da plataforma).
- Em andamento: Reembolso parcial proporcional ao trabalho já feito.
- Estágio final: Sem reembolso.
- Armazenamento de Backup: Manterei os arquivos do projeto (editável + assets) por 1 ano após a entrega final. Após esse período, os arquivos poderão ser deletados para liberar espaço e não me responsabilizo por backups futuros.7. CRÉDITOS- Obrigatório: Você deve me creditar na descrição do vídeo ou na postagem da rede social.
- Twitter/X: @paulo_edits1
- Propriedade: O cliente detém a posse do arquivo de vídeo final para uso acordado. Eu retenho o direito moral de ser reconhecido como o editor da obra.

PLEASE READ THE T.O.S. CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING A COMMISSION REQUEST.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.1. GENERAL & CONDUCT- Refusal Rights: I reserve the right to decline ANY commission request at my own discretion.
- Portfolio Use: I retain the right to display the commissioned work in my personal portfolio and showcases (e.g., demo reels) for self-promotion purposes. If the project is under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or something else, please inform me before the start of the edit.
- Behavior: I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abusive behavior. In such cases, the commission will be canceled immediately with no refund.
- Scope: Everything regarding the video style and content must be discussed before the editing starts.2. ASSETS & LIABILITY- File Delivery: Send all necessary files via Google Drive (raw footage, VODs, images, emotes, audio, overlays, emotes, etc.).
- Copyright Warranty: You guarantee that you hold the rights or permission to use all assets (music, art, footage) you send me. I am not liable for any copyright strikes or legal issues resulting from materials provided by you.
However, I also use some assets of my own, in that case, I’ll be responsible for any copyright strikes or legal issues from materials used by me3. PAYMENTS- Method: Payments are processed via VGen or PayPal
- Upfront: I require at least 50% payment upfront to begin working.
- Pricing: The displayed prices are base values. I may request a budget adjustment if the video is exceptionally complex or exceeds standard length. This will be agreed upon before invoicing.
- Waitlist: If you are on the waitlist, payment is only accepted when it is your turn. I do NOT accept advance payments for waitlisted slots.4. DEADLINES & DELIVERY- Start Date: The turnaround time (TAT) only begins after the 50% deposit is paid AND all necessary files are received.
- Rush Orders: I can accommodate urgent deadlines (Rush Order). An extra fee of 50-100% will apply depending on the timeframe.
- Process:
1. I will send a low-quality, watermarked preview for your review.
2. Once approved, and the remaining balance is paid (if applicable), the final high-quality version will be sent.
- Ghosting Clause: After I send the preview for review, you have 10 business days to provide feedback. If this deadline passes without justification, the commission will be considered automatically completed, and the files will be delivered "as is."5. REVISIONS- Allowance: You have 3 free revisions (depending on complexity). Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
- Major vs. Minor:
- Minor (don’t count in the 3 free revisions): Timing adjustments, text correction, simple scaling/positioning.
- Major (count in the 3 free revisions): Changing the script, style overhaul, adding new scenes not previously discussed.
- Third Parties: I prefer that no changes be made by third parties (e.g., another editor working on the project). But if necessary, I need to be contacted beforehand.6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION- My Delay: If I exceed the agreed deadline without prior notice, you are entitled to a partial refund.
- Client Cancellation:
- Not Started: Full Refund (minus platform fees).
- In Progress: Partial refund based on the amount of work already done.
- Near Completion: No refund.
- File Storage: I will keep your project files (project file + assets) for 1 year after delivery. After this period, I may delete them to free up space, and I will not be responsible for future storage.7. CREDITS- Accreditation: You must credit me in the video description or social media post.

- Ownership: You own the final exported video file for your personal or commercial use (as agreed). I retain the moral rights to be credited as the editor.
